As we ponder our goals and our resolutions for 2017, ponder this; whatever we wish to accomplish, to achieve, will be realized only with commitment, dedication, and habit. There are good habits and bad habits, bad habits lead you in the wrong direction, good habits will help you accomplish that which you desire. An example of a good habit is; ‘consider helping your probable purchaser make an informed decision first, not making the commission first.’ Helping your Probable Purchaser understand ‘WHY’ they might need your product or service first, gives you the opportunity to ask engaging questions that seek out with eagerness the important decision in their mind,  that they are making the right choice.

Consumers really don’t care what you ‘ Know’ till they know how much you ‘Care’. I often use the 30/70 Rule; speak 30% of the time to engage the potential purchaser to talk 70% of the time. It truly does not matter what I think, and it doesn’t mater what you think, what really maters is what the ‘Probable Purchaser’ thinks. Make this habit the first one for 2017.
