We are still always surprised when a customer finds our shop, and they’re shocked that shops like ours exist. As their carriers tell them that a very simple phone issue they may be having, like a BATTERY issue “cannot be repaired, so you need to buy a new phone”. So when they DO find us, they’re quite happy to discover that they can indeed get something, almost anything, repaired. Thus saving them time, money, and their phone. And for us, as a repair shop, it’s always nice to see the genuine, happy surprise of a new, lifetime customer, when they find a repair shop and a now trusted technician, to openly and honestly inform them about their device…before the unneeded expense of buying a new device unnecessarily.
