When you were born, you probably couldn’t talk yet (right?)

You didn’t think much either.

But years later, you started thinking and dreaming.

You wanted to be a doctor, a lawyer, a pro athlete.

You had DREAMS.

But then what happened?


You got hit. Knocked down. More than once.

Then your self-doubt kicked in.

And you settled.

You started accepting less.

Less than what you’re capable of.

Less than what others expected of you.

But that’s ok – everyone does it, right?

They tell you to be ‘realistic’.

But that’s wrong.

Nothing great was ever built being ‘realistic’.

And 4 out of 5 people settle for mediocrity.

Not you.

You deserve more because you can do more.

All you need is an ‘interrupt’.

To leave your comfort zone.

Do what you’ve always wanted to.

You’re not getting any younger. And ‘thinking about it’ is a waste of time.

It’s now or never.

Rise up, and start being your best self.

When you wake up – think out loud what you’re grateful of.

Do things for others without expecting anything in return.

Have a Positive attitude.

Expect the best.

Always go the extra mile.

Take responsibility.

Know that nothing comes easy.

And whatever you do – don’t stop working out in the winter months.

Finish the year off strong – you can do it.
