Medicine Hat New Home Expert – Angela Cook

Summer is here and I love it! Summer is like a big happy face. Keeping that smile on our face is the more difficult part. A lot of “stuff” happens in the course of a day. A lot of “stuff” happens in the course of our lifetime and I think that the phrase “Don’t sweat the small stuff” was created for just that reason. In most cases, “Don’t sweat the small stuff” is good advice. Words are said and things are done, which may sometimes bother us, but if we dwell on those negative things, we will certainly pay the price with our mental health. The offender on the other hand probably doesn’t even know that they have offended. But…such is life and life is what we make of it.

However, the “small stuff” is important in Amron’s business of building new homes. We have to “sweat the small stuff.” Our obligation is to our customers… to build exceptional quality into our homes using proven technologies backed by the best warranty, as well as provide the best customer service in the industry.

A home is the sum total of thousands of components put together piece by piece, until it reaches the end result. So you can understand that all that “small stuff” is really important to the end product. Life spans of house components are determined by the “small stuff.” It is the difference between a house component failing prematurely or lasting its’ intended life span.

Our industry, just like others, is being inundated with, what I perceive as, inferior quality products. It is Amron’s job to “sweat the small stuff” and control what products and materials are used in the construction of our homes.

I guess that is another reason to choose a “Seasoned Builder” to build your new home.
