Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

PREP TIME: 5 minutes  COOK TIME: 1 minute

Ingredients

– 1/4 cup no sugar, pure pumpkin (canned)

– 1 cup milk or nut milk

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

– 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

– 1 tsp to 1 tbsp almond butter

– 3 ice cubes

2 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)

Directions: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend to consistency. pour into bowl and enjoy.
