Hello Folks, and once again as we near Christmas and with so many festivities to attend and too many healthy foods to eat like chocolate and sweets and turkey and gravy etc. we will not be talking so much about nutrition because face it, we all want to feel good during this season of warmth and love.
Instead, we will touch on what really makes us feel good in our bodies. Alcohol changes the way we feel, music makes us feel better three minutes at a time but what we are talking about is the way your cells get signals to use your nutrition. These are called Redox Signaling Molecules. Without these life would cease in a matter of minutes. In order to have a healthy body, we need to have healthy cells.
As a Naturopath and Health Practitioner for 14 yrs I have finally found a product science has come out with, that activates and turns on your supplements which can make you feel good. Did you know your anti oxidants have to be turned on and then armed before they can do their jobs? Billions of dollars are sold each day on anti oxidants. But without a redox signaling molecule attached an anti oxidant will not fire.
A child 6-7 yrs old would have 100% use of these molecules, but each day our bodies get less and less of them. A 70 year old person has about 10% of these molecules left and that is why you see older people bruise, and that bruise can last for months. These molecules are fuel for the cells. There are only two places you can get these molecules, in living cells and in this product called ASEA.
Asea also increases VO2 (ventriculatory threshold) rates by 12% in two weeks so is a phenomenal product for athletes as well. The difference in a 2% VO2 rate if you were in the Tour de France, would be the difference in 1st and 50th place. It would take illegal drugs or blood doping to get your VO2 rate up to even 3 or 4%.

Thank you and many blessings to you and yours this Christmas Season,

As a health practitioner, I see thousands of people a year. In fact, last year alone I saw over 5000 people. One thing that I have learned is that everybody has their own story, and every body tells it differently.
My practice is a syncretic combination of widely practiced holistic health techniques, based on principles related to acupuncture, including kinesiology.
What I do is a non-invasive body analysis that looks for health solutions through complementary means. In a session, I analyze different parts of a client’s body, primarily, but not exclusively, eyes, tongue, teeth, ears, fingers and nails. These organs and extremities are the body’s nerve endings and the key to the state of the body. Through a unique muscle testing process, I essentially measure the electricity flows within the body. The essence of the analysis and treatment is simplistic by nature and from nature.
As every body is different, there is no one cure all nutritional solution. My analysis method tests what products people may need. During a session, I ask that you bring the supplements you are currently taking so we can test for their effectiveness. I will ask you questions about your diet. Did you know that eating garlic could cancel out the effectiveness of some herbs?
Think about it. You body uses up 100 vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids, amino acids and trace minerals everyday. This food is like electricity for the body. So I test you and your body for what you specifically need. Most of the time, I find that people are taking an unnecessary variety of supplements or they are simply not the right ones for them. We read health magazines and are convinced we need something that we don’t. Marketing is very alive in natural health.
We make it simple. We recommend one or two supplements, herbs or foods so the body can then naturally produce the chemicals that it needs through its internal metabolic pathways. For example, a client may be taking B12 supplements to make up for a deficiency, but the real issue may be their body’s absorption of B12. So eating sprouts may increase the body’s production of digestive enzymes, allowing for B12 to be obtained through our foods in the diet, ending the need for an expensive B12 supplementation in a pill. B12 can also bring iron levels up in the body. Another example, your body takes magnesium, mixes it with oxygen and produces calcium therefore there is no need to take a calcium supplement. Most people have enough calcium in their diet but are not absorbing it until they add magnesium.
Clients should not be wedded to specific supplements long term. Our bodies are very resilient. They do heal and get better and as they heal, supplements should be adjusted. Dealing in natural health care is certainly a must considering pandemics, record cancer rates and medicine, but we can take hold of our health by exploring Innovative and non-invasive therapies.
