A reputable dealer – works with you to find the perfect size, price & model. Ask Questions like – How long has the dealership carried that brand of hot tub? How long has the spa manufacturer been in business? What is their Better Business Bureau Rating? If you have problems; do they have technicians or contract work out? What is the spas warranty – it should include parts and labour; what is the process if you have a problem?

Take advantage of “wet tests” so you can FEEL the difference. Included in your purchase should be delivery, set up, orientation & tips on your spa. Is it a dealership you want to go back to? You will need maintenance products and advice – you should feel comfortable asking for it.

Finding the Best Hot Tub for You

Find a reputable dealer, how long have they carried their brand? This ensures the company is going to be able to offer warranty repairs. What does it include, who does the repairs? Make sure, before you buy what, if anything is your responsibility. Is your hot tub going to be installed or left in your driveway?
